Cannington Township

The Township of Brock is located on the east shore of Lake Simcoe and the Trent-Severn Waterway. It is a northern municipality within the Durham Region and Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

With three urban areas, many hamlets, shoreline parks and a bucolic countryside, Brock is a popular tourist destination all year round.

Some tourists come to escape everyday life while others enjoy its many attractions – museums, golf, ice fishing, antique and music festivals and events.

Agriculture is the main industry with a full range of industrial and commercial businesses in Brock’s urban centres including Beaverton, Cannington and Sunderland.
